As prominent manufacturer of fire resistant solutions, Rf-Technologies is active in a sector in which every compromise can have heavy consequences. Therefore, an integral quality policy in al its aspects is a permanent concern for Rf-Technologies. Even more, it’s a philosophy absorbed by every member of staff and in every step in the production and logistic processes.

Besides an ISO 9001:2000 certificate, Rf-Technologies also disposes of very specific quality certificates responding to European as well as to specific national legislations. These certificates are obtained after severe controls by external bodies

Rf-Technologies is known for its differentiated product range taking into account the specific needs for every person involved: the ease of utilisation, installation comfort and the aeraulic features of the products are continuously questioned and improved.

The quality cost is monitored and is not allowed to exceed the turnover with more than 0,5%. Possible customer complaints are accurately registered in a specific program, rigorously followed and adjusted where needed.

 

The importance of a qualitative installation

 

Within this integral quality philosophy great attention is paid to the quality of the suppliers. Every supplier is rigorousely selected and their products are submitted to permanent quality controls.

At last, Rf-Technologies, together with its customers, strives for a correct installation of every product.
